Course Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel any course at any time. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or a date change, as per your request. We will make every effort to notify you in advance.
No-Show / Unattended Classes
All courses are non-refundable if you fail to show up or do not attend.
Transfer or Cancellation Requests
To cancel or request a course transfer, you must email us at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time at gerard@myguns.ca.
Refunds or transfers are subject to company approval and discretion.
Administrative Fee
A $25 administrative fee applies to all approved changes or cancellations.
